Sculpins Synchro has been training synchronized swimmers ages 6 - 18 since 1979. Today we have about 35 members from all over the Capital District. While Sculpins Synchro offers athletes the opportunity to compete as part of a team, there is much more to being a Sculpin than developing physical and technical skills.
When one joins the Sculpins, the swimmer learns to stretch themselves in new ways: as a member of a team working together to develop and practice routines, and as an individual who learn's to respect their body's needs, limits and potential.
As a non-profit organization, we rely heavily on fundraising to allow all members to participate and to cover the costs of travel including hotel and transportation in addition to fees for competitions. Our swimmers compete locally, regionally and nationally representing the Capital District.
We ask that you consider supporting our wonderful team. We have several options for sponsorship, both individual and corporate. Please refer to the attached form for descriptions of the donation levels. Finally, all donations are tax-deductible.
Thank you!
